Requests to change training group or training day(s)

Because we keep a strict limit on numbers in each training, there is a condition on changing to another training group or training day(s) midstream.  You would have seen this note on the landing page when you registered.

Note: Because we have a strict limit on numbers in this training, and the amount of pre-training preparation you are required to complete before Day One we cannot change your registration to another training after (28 days before Day One)  Changes requested after this date will attract a change fee, as we need to take one fully paid seat out on the new training dates to accommodate your change.

Changing Workshops

Because of the strictly limited numbers we run in each training, it is not possible to swap a registration to another set of dates within 28 days of the start of the live component of training, or after the first day of live training.  28 days notice gives us time to re-sell the place you vacate.  If you DO want to change training dates within 28 days of the start of a training we will sell you a place (if available) for your chosen dates for 60% of the training fee, and Therapist Training will take the 40% loss on the discounted fee.

 If you cannot attend because of some major event such as a death or emergency hospitalisation of a family member, then we fully waive the change fee and you into the next available training.  Depending on individual circumstances an additional discount of the transfer fee may be considered.

Introductory and Advanced EMDR Trainings

For both trainings, transferring you into another training means taking out a fully paid seat.

The fee allocated to the 4 day Introductory training is $1130,  60% of that is $678.

The fee allocated to the 2 day Advanced Training is $565, 60% of that is $339

New training dates

Check the dates on the website and click on the registration link to check if there are places available; it will tell you if that training is full.  If a place is available, DO NOT REGISTER, but let us know the dates of the training you’d like.  We’ll hold a spot for you for 7 days, and send you an invoice.  We cannot hold seats for more than 7 days.  Once your invoice is paid we will confirm the new dates with you.
